JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address security requirements
  • Oversee, as an architect, the execution of cybersecurity initiatives and projects
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship with hands on as required to support project team members
  • Perform threat research for OT industry and deliver them to Honeywell products
  • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead the response to security incidents promptly and decisively
  • Contribute to the creation of security awareness materials for the organization
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • 6+ years of experience in a lead cyber security role
  • Experience in performing pro-active threat research and malware analysis
  • Experience in both container and micro-service design patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders
  • Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
  • Relevant experience in use of Microsoft and Linux are highly desirable
  • Relevant experience in AI/ML and language models are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
