Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., selection making), Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure, or specialization in a ML related field.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, with building and deploying production-level models.
- Experience in collaborating with product teams, understanding their goals and working in partnership to make them a reality through AI solutions.
- Ability to work with distributed teams including product managers, researchers and other stakeholders, across multiple time zones to drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption and integration.
