Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of professional experience in software engineering or enterprise application development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) or a shared services platform in a large enterprise.
Experience working with and managing implementation partners or professional services vendors.
Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including experience with core IT Service Management/IT Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) applications, the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and platform scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPIs).
Understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes and best practices (e.g., ITIL framework).
Ability to perform technical in-depth, review code and configurations, and contribute directly to architectural decisions and also to articulate technical ideas to your team and executive stakeholders.
