Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Manage a team with an annual quota of positioning services by using a multi-channel approach to our existing customers
- Responsible for weekly reporting and forecasting
- Drive commercial programs for our Global Customer Support organization
- Provide cross-functional support to our Renewals and Success organization
- May include night-shift coverage

- 5+ years in Renewals and/or Customer Success experience
