• Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience
• 3+ years of leading and running in the software development and implementation.
• Leads the daily activities of software engineers in the development of specific modules/applications.
• Typically leads teams working on medium-to-large features from technical design through completion.
• End user customer/partner or developer community experience
• Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving program issues.
• Upholds standards (e.g., coding standards and review) and enables team members to do the same.
• Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design and security optimization, and production issues and ensures technical quality throughout the development process.
