- 4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator (such as K12).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in training, curriculum development, instruction design, or learning design.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience in stakeholders and change management within the LandD space with global know-how and ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and assessment principles to develop and implement effective learning interventions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently towards tight deadlines.
