Key Responsibilities
Familiar with device wafer and die manufacturing process and clean room lab operation (FEOL and BEOL)
Familiar with tool throughput, tack time, raw process time, tool utilization metrics
Familiar with cycle time, WIP turn, moves, and operation efficiency metrics
Understand how production capacity and cycle time can be calculated based on tool and operation efficiency metric parameters
Analyze the lab worker work efficiency and tool utilization status, and make suggestions for productivity improvement
Responsible to create the device production plan based on device shipment due date, device yield, manufacturing lead time and line capacity
Make a proposed plan for future manufacturing volume expansion for additional tools or resource needs
