Your key responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP consulting market. You will also participate in large scale SAP solution implementation engagements in a client-facing capacity and be required to demonstrate functional and technical leadership by helping our clients to collaboratively solve their challenges.

Soft skills:

  • Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels including executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
  • Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget.
    Ability to challenge stakeholders when required, and to propose creative solutions to address business requirements.
  • Monitor progress manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
  • A willingness to travel to meet client needs; depending on the project travel may be estimated at 25-75%.

Hard skills/experience:

  • 8-10 years of SAP MDM experience, 5+ E2E implementations,
  • Hands-on skills and extensive data migration (ETLV) experience in S/4HANA data migration using Syniti ADMM (Advanced Data Migration and Management). Knowledge of various S/4 data loading methods (IDOCs, LTMC/LTMOM, LSMW, and custom programs)
  • Firsthand experience in setting up S/4HANA data migration technical architecture using Syniti ADMM and providing technical leadership to data conversion development team.
  • Good understanding of SAP data conversion lifecycle covering data readiness, data conversion design-build-test, mock loads, data validation, data cutover
  • Proficiency in source data analysis using SQL or other querying tools. Experience of SAP data profiling and cleansing (de-duplication, match/merge, standardization, rationalization).
  • Deep knowledge of key SAP objects (e.g. MM, BP, Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs) and working knowledge of a few SAP functional modules:
    • Record to Report (FI, CO)
    • Procure to Pay (MM, IM, EWM)
    • Project Systems, Portfolio and Project Management
    • Plant Maintenance, Quality Management
    • Production Planning, IBP
    • HR
  • Experience delivering SAP data conversion solutions for Energy sector clients is a bonus.
  • Syniti ADMM skills:
    • Data extraction (Snapshot Management) from:
      • On-prem sources
      • Cloud sources – SAP & non-SAP via iPaaS (Integration platform as a service) middleware
    • Data profiling & Data quality dashboarding and reporting capabilities (Quality Module)
    • Data de-duplication (Syniti Match), Data construction (Construct app), Data mapping and transformation (Syniti Migrate)
    • Data load:
      • Data migration cockpit (Migrate Your Data app)
      • LTMOM add/update objects
    • Data reconciliation (pre-validation reports, simulation reports and post-validation reports)
    • End-to-end data orchestration within ADMM
    • Syniti CDC/Change Data capture for Delta
    • User & access management within ADMM
    • Data encryption, decryption & masking for sensitive data within ADMM

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $90,000 to $165,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
