Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, analytics, and reports using modern BI tools.
- Own and drive analytics initiatives from data sourcing and transformation to visualization and insight generation.
- Implement intuitive, user-centric design for reporting and analytics interfaces.
- Develop ETL pipelines and data models to support analytical use cases and reporting accuracy.
- Work closely with security analysts and leadership to define KPIs, trends, and operational metrics.
- Lead small teams of engineers and analysts in delivering scalable reporting solutions.
- Develop reusable assets including frameworks, templates, and visualization libraries.
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across analytics platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of risk management, technology controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Hands on expertise in BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or ThoughtSpot
- Strong skills in UI/UX design for analytics applications.
- Experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines using modern cloud-based tools
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages; experience with Python or R
- Familiarity with cybersecurity metrics, threat data, or risk analytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Pay Range
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
