As a Commercial Transaction Coordinator III, within the Agency Services, Participation Services and/or Business Credit organization, you will be tasked to manage a diverse portfolio through closing and booking.Experience with ACBS, loan closing, and syndicated loans is preferred. Experience interpreting legal/loan documentation, performing financial calculations and basic analysis, and booking onto a system of record are strongly desired.
Job Description• Performs functions in the documentation, funding, and due diligence requirements of standard or complex transactions being financed by PNC, or bought from/sold to other institutions. Provides client-facing service
• Responsible for booking customer, facility, and loan information into ACBS loan system
• Determines, reviews and issues required legal documents for transactions while ensuring all terms are met. Negotiates documentation revisions and drafts changes independently, or in collaboration with Bank counsel if necessary. Identifies and collaboratively resolves deficiencies in documents for transactions being sold to or bought from institutions
• Interacts with internal and external clients to coordinate a closing schedule for transactions. Directs workflow as needed to ensure client expectations are met. Builds relationships with clients, legal counsel, vendors and internal partners.
• Gathers, reviews and analyzes all information from internal and external parties specific to transactions. Resolves inquiries/issues as necessary. Complies with necessary regulations, internal procedures, and may assist in response to audit exceptions.
• Validates that transaction structures match pricing models. Assures perfection of security interest for transactions and/or requests approval for exceptions
● Collaborates to enhance and maintain procedures and processes• Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
