Key job responsibilities
- Lead and manage night shift production activities to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, quality, and downtime; implement corrective actions as needed.- Identify process improvement opportunities, drive lean initiatives, and support implementation in coordination with day-shift leadership.- Report directly to the day-shift Production Manager, providing nightly updates on performance and progress against production goals.
- Drive operational excellence with a combination of data analytics and Lean operations.
Estimated schedule for this role is M-F 2:30pm-11pm.Export Control Requirement:A day in the life

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related fields.
- 5+ years experience manufacturing
- 3+ years people management experience
- Proven ability to manage performance, metrics, and KPIs across multiple teams or processes.

- Experience leading hourly and salaried workforce in a production environment
- Experienced with various automated manufacturing processes, including assembly and test methods at component level, subsystem, and system level.
- Experienced with handling and tracking systems for continuous material flow to manufacturing lines.
- Strong experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Proficiency with production planning tools, MES systems, and ERP platforms
-Comfortable working overnight shifts and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
