Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct complex data analysis and interpret results to provide actionable insights.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and analysis, implementing checks and validation processes as necessary.
Data Remediation: Facilitate remediation of EUCs and data quality issues across Middle Office functional services utilizing authoritative data platforms.
Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Project Leadership: Lead data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about data.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior team members.
