Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for offline digital project to enhance FRS customer retail capabilities via working with multi-functional teams. Follow through the project in terms of project participant store roll-out, user activeness push, and daily operational schemes to deliver business growth.
Responsible for franchise customer new retail projects on RED/DY. Lead individual projects to enhance FRS brand exposure and identify new sales opportunities on fast-growing online platforms.
Support account team for better online environment management.
Internal product master file and data report sharing.
Transform industry data into insights and action suggestions for FRS customers.
Deliver toolkits and assets for customer online usage to fit consistent brand tone and feel.
Responsible for annual DPC agency vetting and contract renewal.
Key Relationships:
Account Sales, Digital Team, Brand Comm, Finance, BI Team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strategic Planning and thinking
Strong sense of ownership and following through.
Knowledge across online & offline is a plus. (need to have strong understanding on either)

Communication skills, relationship management and empathy
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Professional background / Experience
Functional: Minimum 7 years of experience in a Franchise model company, ideally with online and offline knowledge or project management experience.
Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes
IT skills
Microsoft : advanced
Language skills
Native-level Mandarin and fluent English required
