Partner closely with Marketing to drive awareness and traffic to our marketplace.
Monitor the performance of various traffic sources (eg: SEO, SEM, direct) and iterate on the product to increase conversion and maximize the efficiency of our marketing spend.
Design and execute comprehensive SEO plans, including thorough keyword research and optimizing product pages to improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with our Go-To-Market team to work directly with our partners to understand their business needs and develop mutually-beneficial product solutions.
Develop a long term roadmap, then execute on these initiatives in bi-weekly sprints.
Leverage existing consumer insights, or gather your own to influence the product direction.
Write Product Requirements then work closely with designers and engineers to deliver world-class product experiences.
Analyze data and user behavior to influence overall strategy and design experiments to increase conversion.
Own the product life-cycle from ideation to launch. Monitor the results of your efforts and share broadly across the A4RE team.
Work alongside your fellow Product Managers to ensure changes to our marketplace work seamlessly with our partner and host experiences
Your Expertise:
8+ years of experience in Product Management developing consumer facing products, preferably with a focus on growth.
Deep understanding of user acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strategic thinker who can develop a long term vision and the steps needed to achieve it.
