Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 18+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership and people management.
• Solidtrack recordof hiring and managing great teams.
• Experience building and shipping production grade products,timelyand with high quality.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualification:

• Deep technical experience building and running scalable, secure cloud applications and services for enterprise customers.
• Track recordof operational excellence with a focus on privacy,securityand operational health.
• Experience with M365 foundational technologies.
• Proficiencyin programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React.js, Node.js..
• Experience with Azure cloud offerings such as Azure Postgres, Azure Cosmos DB etc..
• Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring senior leaders.
