As a Digital Delivery Manageryou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the End to End Digital Delivery Process including Agile-Scrum, Quality & Support across Digital Product & Digital Program Teams
• Managing cloud, licensing, and 3rd party service budgets
• Direct management of digital delivery team members that work across data engineering & full stack software development
• Strong cross functional collaboration with many organizations like technical development, marketing & business teams
• Consulting and/or creating digital product & project launch plans with playbooks
• Partner with strategic technology partners and external companies to drive adoption and expand technology features
• Participate in digital R&D throughout the product life, advocating for new product features, technologies, and IP differentiation.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and Eight (8) years of experience working on Digital Programs, Analytic Platforms, Marketing IT and/or Digital Products

• OR

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed andverified(prior to start) and eleven (11) years of experience in Digital Programs, Analytic Platforms, Marketing IT and/or Digital Products

• AND

• Five (5) years of people management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Two (2) years experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods or Retail Company
• Three (3) years of leading & coaching Agile methodologies across multiple teams

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with large-scale data & analytic platforms
• Experience with Marketing Technologies & Technical Implementations
• Experience with Scrum at Scale Methodologies across technical and non-technical organizations
• Digital Program and Stakeholder management
• Skills include Critical thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Decision making, Teamwork & Adaptability
