As a Siemens Professional Services Systems Administrator, you will be the point person for Development, Architecture, Design, and Sustainment to support the customer’s Teamcenter Architecture, Design, Build, Deploy and Release Management & Sustainment project y. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter PLM configuration and install/administration skills. In this role, you will perform as a trusted advisor on environment sustainment to address upgrade and patching issues ensuring that the technical integrity of the environments remain updated and operational as needed.
Responsibilities:
•Leverage industry best practices and templates for the Siemens PLM Software systems Teamcenter administration to provide customer value.
•Understand customers’ goals and objectives in order to identify what change initiatives are needed for the customer to be more efficient and productive.
•Communicate project processes and progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.
•Effectively communicate with clients, Siemens sales team and project managers
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent years of experience (8+) in PLM
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Teamcenter Architecture, Design, Build, Deploy and Release Management & Sustainment
•Three to five years of experience in implementing Teamcenter Solutions
•Three to five years of experience working in a customer facing environment.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Knowledgeable of and understands common software development principles and lifecycle.
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex issues to multi-level audiences of our external customer.
•Ability to effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external customers.
•Ability to obtain and meet Business goals and results.
•Ability to work independently, as well as on a team.
•Proficient with Standard MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
•Needs the ability to leverage other resources / knowledge in areas where direct experience is lacking.
•Good knowledge of Teamcenter Installation
•Good knowledge of Teamcenter Administration
•Previous experience implementing/supporting the Teamcenter solution.
•Resident of, or willing to relocate to Evendale, OH is a MUST
•Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
•CompTIA Security+ Certification is a plus
Security Clearance:
•United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S Government Security Clearance.
You Will Benefit From:
•The salary range for this position is $124,200.00 to $186,300.00. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
