Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience building applications on Azure cloud. 5+ years’ experience in a technical leadership role, not necessarily managing people. Communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading technical teams, and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, design patterns, data structure & algorithms, software security, reliability, and performance optimization. Solid technical expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript etc.) and software development frameworks.
- Industry or project experience with Supply Chain Traceability and Compliance systems, preferably in Hardware and high tech supply chains.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, balancing long-term objectives with short-term business needs. Ability to drive large, complex programs and solutions ability to communicate technical details clearly and participate in contributing to Industry standards. Self-motivated with a drive for reaching across teams and organizations to make progress collaboratively.
- A sense of personal ownership and accountability is required, together with the ability to develop and deliver to deadlines while managing internal stakeholder expectation. Has growth Mindset with a desire to learn, a tendency to embrace challenges, persist in the face of setback, see failures as essential to mastery, learn from criticism and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others.
