Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
10 years of experience in procurement and sourcing, with a focus on construction and professional services engagements.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
5 years of experience in construction procurement activities, including sourcing, contracting, due diligence, and procurement strategy development.
5 years of experience with general contractor and vendor management, encompassing RFPs, bidding, contracting, and change orders.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strategic consulting experience with experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing indirect spend categories.
Experience with the procurement of design and construction services for complex warehousing, critical infrastructure, or large-scale industrial facilities.
Experience with power management, power monitoring systems, and related technologies.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present data-driven conclusions to senior leadership.
