Associate Manager - Financial Due Diligence
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence engagements for cross-border and domestic transactions.
- Analyze financial data to identify historical and future financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks.
- Prepare detailed financial due diligence reports that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide integrated transaction support services.
- Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Participate in business development activities, including networking and presentations.
Qualifications:
- A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
