You will serve as a trusted advisor and technical liaison for key enterprise customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and optimization of Akamai solutions in customer environments.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing deep technical expertise in cloud computing and infrastructure.
• Advising on cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Supporting compute environments and workloads to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Acting as a liaison between cloud support teams and customers to drive adoption and resolve issues.for API Sec and Cloud Computing
