Your key responsibilities

• Perform thorough data and information gathering via client interviews, process workshops, document reviews to undertake in depth business, operational and process analyses independently, under close supervision of a project manager;
• Undertake market, operational and financial assessments based on structured data analyses and leading practice comparisons both from internal EY knowledge base and market research; process observations)
• Synthesize analysis results and draw meaningful conclusions and alternative solutions
• Prepare for and facilitate operational and process assessment and design workshops
• Design results in structured format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, process modelling tools)
• Support project manager in pro-active manner to deliver project tasks on time in a high quality

Skills and attributes for success

• Outstanding academic performance with Msc Degree in the field of Economics or Business
• At least, 3 years relevant work experience in project environment in the area of business and process improvement preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
• Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and/or business driven IT development projects (business/functional requirement specification)
• Outstanding communication & presentation skills in English and Hungarian language
• Advanced user level in MS Office tools
• Knowledge of SAP business functionalities and SAP business processes is highly appreciated
• Advantage: business analyst experience, project management certificate or knowledge of any project management methods
