Collaborating with a variety of HR functions, contributing to the development of a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Part of the Leadership Support team collaborating with HRBP’s and centres of excellence to execute on compliance and HR programs to foster growth, innovation and organization wide effectiveness
- Tier two point of contact for the resolution of employee lifecycle queries from induction to exit, including Engagement, Rewards and Recognition
- Supporting leaders to resolve employee grievances through consulting, negotiating, and a solution oriented approach
- Implement communication strategies that foster transparency and a positive workplace culture.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive labour compliance and its related activities.
- Drive the HR/ People Solutions audit process, and collaborate with People Solutions and site lead to ensure the site is complient in labour aspects.
- Hone data inputs, facilitate and enable reports for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly labour/ HR compliances.
- Play a key role in site communication by maintaining intranet space for site HR
- Maintaining of personnel records and HR documents
