What will your job look like:
Take part in developing and implementing an integrated annual work plan for recruitment marketing and employer branding goals.
Plan and execute owned and partner-planned events (ex: workshops, meetups, etc.) and sponsorships at key tech conferences, collaboration across diverse departments, managing logistics while maintaining a strategic overview, serving as the external point of content, identifying opportunities, and nurturing accounts to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance project outcomes and drive success. Build Gantt charts and timelines using CRM tools to ensure clear project planning and coordination. Continuously monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
Take part in our social media management for our digital platforms, overseeing strategy planning, creative development, content writing, offline and online campaigns execution and promotion to enhance brand awareness, such as branding videos, social media campaigns, and billboard advertising.
Oversee and manage the company's career website, ensuring it effectively communicates employer branding, enhances the candidate experience, and showcases available job opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with tech communities and academic institutions, taking ownership on all activities and collaborations end-to-end.
Closely collaborating with Marketing, Recruitment, PR, L&D, and the R&D departments.
All you need is:
+3 years of proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Marketing Project Manager or any similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related filed.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing an integrated annual work plan for recruitment marketing and employer branding goals.
Strong experience in managing employer branding projects, from innovation and idea creation to execution and analysis.
Experience managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and executing digital branding campaigns, with strong skills in strategy planning, creative development, content writing, offline and online campaigns execution and promotion.
Strong analytical skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing project outcomes and driving success.
A results-oriented, strategic, analytical, and creative approach with proven ability to manage projects end-to-end.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, serving as the strategic point of contact for employer branding efforts.
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Hebrew, verbal and written.
Willingness to work from different sites when needed ( TLV, Haifa, Jerusalem).
