About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent development, change management, and employee engagement, ensuring the successful delivery of people initiatives across functions such as Marketing, Product & Tech and Commercial.
About the Sr. People Business Partner role:
    • Serve as a People Partner to functional leaders across the Americas region, advising on compensation, organizational design, talent management and planning, team effectiveness, and change initiatives.
    • Coach and influence managers on leadership, performance, career development, and employee relations issues.
    • Partner with the PBP team to support and execute global and regional HR programs, including talent calibration, performance management, compensation planning, and engagement surveys.
    • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to business leaders to inform decisions around retention, compensation and team health.
    • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver seamless people experiences.
    • Help drive a strong, inclusive culture that reflects company values and promotes employee engagement and well-being.
    • Manage and resolve employee relations matters thoughtfully, ensuring fair outcomes aligned with local employment laws and company policies.
    • Play a key role in supporting organizational change or restructuring efforts, as needed.
About you as the Sr. People Business Partner:
    • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably in a technology or high-growth global organization.
    • Experience supporting Director-level and below leadership populations across multiple business functions.
    • Strong understanding of U.S. and Latin America employment laws and HR best practices.
    • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
