Account Technology Strategist (ATS):

The ATS is a strategist yet stands out because of their Insights and ability to envision possibilities, Thought Leadership, Big Ideas, helps identify new market opportunities for partners on advanced technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Open Source, Blockchain, Security & Compliance.

The ATS works in partnership with the Account Executie (AE) and Partner Development Manager (PDM) through the `Build-With’ stages of the ISV Life-cycle engagement, as well as with other PTSs and Architects in the broader org to provide specialized technology skills that are needed when it comes to Industry and Solution Area-specific use cases with ISVs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends and their impact on customer opportunities.
  • 5+ years of related working experience with ISVs in technology solutions/practice development and cloud/infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of at least two of the three major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP .
  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with CXOs and increasing cloud consumption share in software vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the Microsoft platform, project management, technical sales, and technical account management.
    • Extensive experience leading virtual teams across functions, geographies, and companies.
    • Inclusive and collaborative approach to driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
    • Problem-solving mentality, leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow-through with partners.
    • Ability to envision what’s possible.
    • Technical BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Technology Strategy Formulation

· Leads analysis of overall customer needs, outcomes, and blockers. Determines key stakeholders for driving execution on the largest and/or most complex accounts. Partners with global executives to lead overall strategy development

· Leads and ensures execution of technology strategy and digital transformation by anticipating and/or leading the resolution of technical blockers that arise during strategy planning and implementation, and driving technology adoption.

Technology Sales: Demand Generation and Orchestration

Mapping and Account Planning

· Orchestrates internal teams and local partners (inclusive of global systems integrators and consultancy partners) to ensure sufficient technical resources for demand generation, when appropriate.
