Atlas Search unlocks unrivaled productivity for application developers by allowing them to seamlessly search over their data sets to build compelling search experiences with the simplicity of an all-in-one solution and the power of a dedicated solution. Atlas Vector Search enables developers to harness the power of Generative AI by making it easy to integrate proprietary data with large language models that enable intelligent and interactive experiences. We’re building out the internal team responsible for transforming how we go to market in order to take advantage of these tailwinds from these two key products and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives to drive the adoption of Atlas Search both internally and externally
  • Partner across product, go-to-market, and operations teams to develop and execute coherent go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with our analytics and operations teams to build and maintain a complete picture of the Search business both internally and externally, empowering our cross-functional teams to execute in a coordinated manner towards our North Star goals
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to surface insights that drive strategic direction and operational decision-making
  • Lead and drive preparation for periodic executive business reviews
  • Build strong relationships across the company to understand the relevant questions and needs, using that knowledge to inform analyses and strategic direction
  • Effectively communicate insights, strategic recommendations, and operational plans to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • BA/BS; MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in business strategy and operations with 4+ years as a management consultant or in a product or strategy leadership role at a technology company; SaaS experience a plus
  • Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize strategic insights in an actionable and compelling manner; experience in engaging and communicating with executive-level stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and Google Slides or PowerPoint skills
  • Confidence using SQL for fetching and manipulating data; experience with a scripting language such as Python or R is a plus
  • Ability to move quickly and iterate on analyses
    Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner
