We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world
As our Manager – Transaction Strategy and Execution
As part of the TSE team, your specific focus will be advising and supporting clients on transactions and operational strategy engagements. Your work will involve collaboration with teams across Strategy and Transactions and the wider firm to address client issues around the Capital Agenda, such as:
- Raising capital: do I really understand my core vs non-core business, which parts of my portfolio are underperforming, should I consider a divestment and how would I carve-out that BU, separate it and transition it over to a buyer?
- Investing capital: what’s the best way for my business to grow, where should I be allocating my capital organically and inorganically, what acquisitions and alliances will deliver greatest return, how should I plan for and run a buy-side transaction?
- Optimising capital: what steps can I take to maximise my business’s performance, how do I design and execute on integration and synergy strategies, how do I adapt my business and operating models and how do I go on and achieve value creation to maximise total shareholder return?
- Preserving capital: how can I improve the performance of my business, what rapid performance improvement or cost out levers can I pull, how can I improve liquidity and release cash from my businesses, how do I identify and resolve specific performance issues within my business?
This role is offered on a flexible full time or part time basis.
