Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of user experiences for features and redesigns, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Apply interaction design principles to create seamless and engaging user flows across web, mobile, and branch platforms.
- Participate in iterative design processes, incorporating user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Support the implementation of inclusive design practices, considering diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Gather information on market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes using our design system.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers for journey maps, personas, and usability testing.
- Partner with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities.
- Distinguish between feature requests and design improvements from user goals and objectives.
- Present your designs with expertise and rationale while advocating for end users.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in experience design or a related UX discipline within the digital product space.
- Experience in visual design and interaction principles, focusing on creating aesthetically appealing and functional digital experiences.
- Proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping to effectively communicate and refine design concepts.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, inclusive design practices, and assistive technologies.
- Exposure to industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization is a plus.
