As a Tech Facilitate Professional at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, you will be accountable for providing technical facilitate and troubleshooting assistance to customers for our building automation products and solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. You will report directly to our Tech Facilitate Manager, and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities - Provide technical facilitate and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to building automation products and solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the product development team
- Test products & software
- Develop and share knowledge
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Advanced English skills
- Advanced Windows OS, IIS, HTML5, Virtualization, Networking (COMPTIA A+, standards and specifications, etc), electrical wiring, standards and specifications, databases and SQL sentences
- Current professional experience in similar roles
