Your key responsibilities
As an executive assistant you will play crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executive with tasks as:
- Calendar management (scheduling meetings, conference and video calls),
- Preparing presentations and reports,
- Travel and Expenses arrangement for your directors,
- Understanding and recognizing the business needs of Senior Management representatives,
- Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact,
Skills and attributes for success
- You are fluent in French language (C1 level)
- You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- You are very proactive and open-minded
- You can work as individual contributor and within a team
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Customer orientation
- Attention to details
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Professional experience in administrative support
- You possess a very Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
