You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out ofour Buenos Aires, Argentina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers'operations by ensuring the proper functioning of our advanced solutions. Youwill collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implementimprovements, and you will provide technical guidance and support to ourcustomers. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our advanced migration,workforce productivity, and plant digitalization solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and field servicetechnicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implementimprovements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatoryrequirements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on troubleshooting and supporting automation solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies, including DCS, SCADA, and industrial automation practices. Honeywell technology knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Engineering degree such as Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in providing technical support and services to customers.
• Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
