Description
- Design and engineer bug triaging system, leveraging existing systems and incorporating new technologies such as LLM-driven decisioning.- Define key metrics with stakeholders and assemble Tableau reporting.- Partner with stakeholders to create functional, and technical requirements, managing program requirements through delivery.- Collaborate and network with Music ML Engineering, Program Managers, Product, Client Engineering, QA, and other Apple teams to garner adoption of systems and ensure reporting meets teams’ needs. - Help establish processes to improve how our products are built and executed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Python software development knowledge;
- Knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks;
- Ability to partner with multiple product and business stakeholders to prioritise and align on roadmap;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Driven, self starter able to thrive in flexible environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data and analytics and reporting technologies such as Tableau and SQL
- Technical program management experience and knowledge of AI or ML systems and technologies is a plus.
