Description
Assist with preparing and filing SEC periodic reports, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-KImplement and maintain procedures to ensure the timely accumulation of information vital for financial reporting functionsMonitor, research and interpret new U.S. GAAP pronouncements and SEC reporting needs and assess their impact on the financial statements, disclosures and reporting processesPrepare and review financial information in press releases and investor relations materialsCollaborate with business partners to review financial reporting processes and identify/implement opportunities for continuous improvement Maintain documentation of compliance with SEC financial disclosure requirementsPrepare external reporting white papers and memorandumsWork closely with external auditors and assist in the coordination of the annual audit and quarterly reviewsAssist with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance in the financial reporting area
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Big Four public accounting experience
  • Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills, including working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements and Sarbanes-Oxley 404
  • Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments and drive change
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $158,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
