The Program Support Analyst is responsible for raising program risks and gaps as well as providing support in the development and ongoing evolution of the Global CRIU process and program document requirements. This role works closely with regional and global teams to support change management, tracking, metrics, and other programs’ aspects to ensure that target areas of improvement are properly identified and clearly understood and quantified to support timely decision making and prioritization of program enhancement efforts.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work largely unsupervised to aggressive timelines with competing priorities. They will use a variety of analytical techniques and communication styles to achieve their goal and understand when to escalate issues for resolution. This is a highly visual role that will require strong professionalism and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Global CRIU process and program documentation development and evolution.

  • Collaborate with regional teams for analysis and implementation of program standard enhancements.

  • Manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and timely decisions.

  • Collect and analyze metrics to expedite decision-making processes and support solution proposals.

  • Contribute to global meetings on change management and program processes.

  • Ensure changes adhere to Citi's standards and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in financial intelligence, AML, compliance, risk, or operations monitoring roles.

  • 2+ years exposure to global/regional projects and working groups supporting AML transaction monitoring.

  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders is a plus.

  • AML qualifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) are advantageous.

  • Proficiency in AML technologies and industry best practices.

  • Strong documentation skills; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and associated risks.

  • Familiarity with payment channel risks and geography risks.
