Description
You will be working with other Wireless teams and colleagues to build, validate and optimize Cellular RF systems from first prototype build to mass production, requiring proactive cross-functional collaboration with other engineering groups such as antenna design, production test, reliability, software engineering etc.Experience with wireless system integration into consumer products is required, Cellular RF experience is a plus. International and domestic travel is likely.
Key Qualifications
- Fluency in wireless communications standards and wireless transceiver system integration
- Very strong RF fundamentals incl. RF component and RF system level knowledge
- Master Smith Chart & RF matching
- Hands on experience with RF test equipment (Call box, Vector network analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Signal generator, Oscilloscope, etc.)
- Experience working with manufacturing an advantage
- Should be well-organized and can be flexible in a changing work environment.
- Strong communication skills required
- Cellular system experience preferred
- Python scripting experience is a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Communications Engineering or similar (Masters preferred)- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
