- You will partner with the Recruiting team for Spain and Italy to maintain a clear understanding of current and future open positions. - You are directly responsible for delivering qualified talent to the stores in the market you support. - You will utilise our systems to search for candidates to fill open positions and to manage the candidate’s journey. - You will headhunt talent through external search tools. - You will conduct engagement calls and screening interviews via WebEx with candidates to assess interest level and skill set for current open positions. - You understand and will adhere to HR guidelines to consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience with recruiting
- Passion and aptitude for bringing great talent to Apple
- Learning agility with tools and systems
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian and English
