What you'll do

As a student (f/m) you are fully integrated in the day-to-day business and you will contribute actively to current projects and support the Product & Technology Services Procurement Team in its daily business with the following tasks/responsibilities:

• Support procurement projects, negotiations and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal customers locally and globally
• Support on Powerpoint presentations and sharepoints
• Support on reporting and vendor monitoring
• Organize and prepare internal meetings and conference calls

What you bring

• Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences in the field of Business Administration, Procurement or a related subject
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is must (German beneficial)
• Ability to think analytically
• Good communication skills
• Strong quality and customer focus
• Comfortable to work self-dependent
• Ability to work in a virtual team
