What you’ll do:

As a UX Design Specialist, you will be part of our multi-disciplinary design team that includes interaction designers, user researchers and visual designers.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Work with other User Experience Designers and User Researchers covering the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, concepts designs leading to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and validating designs with customers/ end users.
• Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences for SAP Cloud ERP products.
• Act as an advocate of the end users.
• Have a passion for problem solving and will always push for better, faster, simpler, more engaging solutions to complex business processes and technical challenges.
• Pay close attention to emerging trends in technology landscape and explore every opportunity to push the boundaries to strive for innovation, while ensuring a harmonized experience for end users.
• Be self-motivated and believe in teamwork and cross collaboration.
• Mentor junior colleagues on various aspects of design

What you bring:

• 3 -7 years of experience in designing user experiences for software applications.
• Degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Master’s) in Design from a reputed design institute preferred.
• Background in web and application design.
• Experience in user experience projects covering various stages of design life cycle from user-research through application design, culminating in design validation.

• Experience designing business solutions with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools, like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Keen eye for detail, critical thinking and an open mind to receive and provide feedback.

• Very good oral and written communication skills in English.
