Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with focus on audio signal processing, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms, including voice processing (e.g., noise suppression, spectral analysis).
Experience designing and implementing real-time Machine Learning (ML) based voice processing algorithms for embedded systems or mobile platforms.
Experience in one or more of the following: LLM, NLP, ASR, TTS, ML/AI using C, C++, Python.
Preferred qualifications:
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10 years of experience developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms, including voice processing (e.g., noise suppression, spectral analysis).
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, setting direction and driving business impact.
Experience optimizing algorithms for performance and low latency.
Experience in generative AI and speech research, including first-author publications at AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, InterSpeech, etc.).
