YOUR IMPACT

- Work closely with Product leads to drive product and technology strategy.

- Provide On-Call support for services running in production.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 8 to 10+ years' experience in designing, analysing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems

- Professional software development experience in C/C++, Python and Go(Nice to Have)

- Experience in MacOS device drivers, Building MacOS app extension using Apple Driverkit framework and installation of drivers using System Extension Framework

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience building or maintaining Software, Library, infrastructure hardening to meet FedRAMP, SOC2 or ISO27001 compliance

- Good knowledge of emerging cyber threats and threat intelligence techniques to detect and remediate threats

- Incident Management: Familiarity with incident management processes and tools (e.g., PagerDuty).

- Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Understanding of SLAs and how to ensure compliance.

- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain clear and detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system architecture.

- Root Cause Analysis: Skilled in performing post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences
