Your key responsibilities

  • Support the documentation and implementation of digital governance policies and procedures, including digital risk management.
  • Support companies in analyzing technological and digital risks and establishing measures to minimize risks associated with Trusted AI and Ethical Use of Technology and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Technology implementations.
  • Advise clients on digital transformation projects, such as the transition to SAP S/4 HANNA.
  • Conduct Segregation of duties (SOD) assessments to identify potential conflicts in user roles and access rights and assist in developing and implementing remediation plans for SOD violations.
  • Advising and implementing Identity and Assess Management Lifecycle processes.
  • Design and implement new Software Asset Management Solutions and Managed Service concepts.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Management, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, IT Risk Management, Computer Science or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in IT/Digital Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) e.g., SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer, etc., SOD, IT transformations, and other relevant experience. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products or Manufacturing is considered as a plus
  • Knowledge of IT Risk Frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO27001, NIST) and frameworks for applications, data, cloud and IT governance.
  • You are intellectually curious and genuinely interested in new technologies and digitalization
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills, which enable you to work in an international, collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%) in Europe and across the Globe
  • Strong communication skills in English and German or French are a must. Any additional language spoken is considered as a plus
