Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 5 years of experience leading a technical team in a cloud computing environment, or within a professional services, solutions architect or systems engineering team.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science.
- Experience in infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure deployment patterns.
- Experience with software defined networking, networking as a service, and cloud networking design patterns.
- Experience serving as a pre-sales, field engineering manager or customer-facing field engineer.
- Knowledge of Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, public cloud, and related industry and technical concepts.
- Ability to craft a compelling message, tailor it for a given audience, and deliver a story.
