you will Produce machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machine. Maintain quality and safety standards, keep records; maintain equipment and supplies.

Work Order Review

  • Review Work Order and Work Instructions to understand the job.
  • Read and understand technical drawings with GD&T specifications.

Set Up and Operate CNC Machine

  • Review programming and set up machine for job requirements.
  • Select tooling for specific situations.
  • Machine parts to print and other requirements using CNC mills and lathes, and saws.
  • Monitor machine during operation for proper results.

Quality Control and Maintenance

  • Clean, inspect, and measure finished parts and compare to Work Order and Work Instructions.
  • Work in compliance to all Quality Management Systems.

Other

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Attend all required company training
  • Demonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values.
  • Other Responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager

Must have for this role:

  • Full understanding of CNC machines and machining practices.
  • Math and computer skills to include MasterCam and G-code.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and understand Work Processes and Work Instructions
  • 1 year experience operating CNC machines.
  • Competency in technical drawing interpretation and GD&T application.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. infrequently
