We’re seeking a leader who possesses exceptional communication and education skills and a keen eye for web design. Your presentations are dynamic and inspiring, whether delivered virtually or in person. You will have the opportunity to shine as a leader as you develop innovative training programs and forge meaningful relationships with academic institutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Lead & manage the Academic Partnerships team, showcasing Wix's website creation platform capabilities to students and faculty, guiding them in crafting their professional online presence

• Lead Wix’s academic relationships within higher education, mainly in the US

• Bring about partnerships with relevant institutions

• Drive the cultivation and expansion of partnerships with higher education institutions through proactive outreach efforts and strategic planning

• Develop and execute tailored workshops and presentations to meet the unique needs of our partners and learners, covering topics such as personal branding, portfolio design, entrepreneurship, eCommerce, and digital marketing

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior team members, empowering them to excel and contribute to their success

• Personally conduct high-level coaching sessions with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of partnership initiatives

• Travel to colleges and universities across the United States, primarily focusing on your designated region, to deliver training sessions to students and faculty (approximately 25% of your time)
