As a Software Engineer (m/f/d) you will be part of a team that unites passion and technical excellence. In this you will collaborate with Engineers, Researchers, Clinical Experts, and Sales personnel to expand the userbase of Diagnostics as a Service on the Align Digital Platform.
In this role, you will…
· Work in an agile team of Software Engineers.
· Create and support automated integration of customer’s software systems.
· Optimize the technical onboarding process for wide range of international customers.
· Develop and manage customer training programs to support adoption and integration.
· Act as lead consultant and resource to customers.
· Provide technical support to customers.
In this role, you’ll need …
· Proficiency in Python
· Knowledge of frameworks / tools to build web applications / APIs
· Experience with deployment patterns, horizontal auto-scaling, site reliability engineering concepts.
· A strong understanding of observability, tracing, logging tooling in modern tech stacks
· Fluency in English; basic knowledge of German is an asset.
