Your key responsibilities

• Drive the conversation with CIOs and CTOs around the Future of Technology journey, current global (re)insurance trends, peer benchmarks, and challenges
• Lead and manage large technology transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of a portfolio of smaller change projects together with interdisciplinary team
• Act as the Program Director, delivering and promoting EY’s expertise on Finance Transformation matters
• Engage with IT, data, accounting, and actuarial professionals to address business issues and drive transformation
• Develop and implement strategies to address clients’ technology sourcing challenges
• Collaborate with international teams and leverage global best practices to enhance technology transformation efforts

Skills and attributes for success

• Proven track record of managing large programs and delivering successful finance transformation projects on an international scale with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Significant experience in the international (re)insurance sector; additional banking experience is an advantage
• Deep knowledge of international finance transformation-related technologies, with an understanding of the business aspects of (re)insurance clients
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels to maintain a strong client network
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex business environments
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
• Experience in Change Management is highly desirable
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with IT, data, accounting, and actuarial professionals
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and achieve business objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in German and English
