Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for requirements, design, development, test, and configuration management across multiple projects.

• Partner with product management, partners, customers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and ship products in rapid, iterative cycles.

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Define, document, and improve engineering processes to align with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Lead, hire, and grow a diverse world-class team of software engineers.

• Offer customer support by addressing technical issues, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BE/BTech/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.

• 12+ years of IT experience delivering high quality solutions with 3+ years of experience in technical leadership role, overseeing projects, and 2+ years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

• In-depth understanding of requirements management, test management, and configuration management principles, processes, and tools.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Angular, .NET, C#, ALM Tool or similar stack.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and efficient engineering solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience managing stakeholder communication in a matric environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
