Drive and Support OEM and Repair & Overhaul operations and be part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain projects. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute new initiatives
• Influence functional stakeholders
• Develop and drive end item deliveries
• Speaking directly to the customer and supplier directions and internal Honeywell leadership with action plans and mitigation plans to support their aircraft deliveries
• Support Integrated Supply Chain sites and develop practice standard MOS
• Metrics improvement
• Drive execution with the factory team
• On time delivery of projects
• Manage data and report
• Support to manage escalation
• Participate in Customer Audits and Drive Actions
• Develop delivery line of balance with Supplier and Drive execution

• Bachelors of Engineering preferably in Electrical
• 3 years experience in manufacturing or project management
