EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As Researcher, you are expected to do the following tasks:

· Performing functional/empirical analysis and relevant research in areas of NLP, and other AI related areas.

· Investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to PAL and related products.

· Paper publishing and patent applications.

· Participating in the development, enhancement and maintenance of Predictive Analysis Library and related products.

· Supporting customers, partners and colleagues in PAL and related products.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimal Masters Degree in computer science, software engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other science and engineering related areas; PhD in relevant areas is preferred.

· Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Key requirements

· Solid and systematic knowledge and experience for NLP and AI related area is a must.

· Professional skills in at least 1 of the following development languages: Python, R, C/C++, Java,

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and an evolving technology stack.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience in Linux environment.

· Experience in Database and SQL.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimal 3 years of professional experience in research, data science and software development.
